Our process varies depending on the project. We form a process based around our clients. In all cases, every project includes a quotation phase and development phase. Once a project quote form is filed, we contact the client and arrange a meeting. This is where we go over specifications of the project. We draft a quote based on the details discussed and it is sent to the client for approval. When the quote is approved the development phase begins.
The development phase can include graphic design, programming, implementation, and more based on the project. To simplify the process, we stay in close communication with our clients. Throughout the development we hold as many review sessions necessary to complete the project as quickly and correctly as possible. These reviews are held to keep both the designers and clients on the same page throughout the development.
